At Blizmatt (https://ai.blizmatt.com/), we provide high-quality n8n templates and digital automation assets. Because our products are digital files delivered via instant download or email, they are deemed “used” upon delivery. Therefore, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (n8n templates, JSON files, and workflow links), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital asset is delivered or made accessible, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, Blizmatt Digital does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind or no longer needing the template.
Inability to use the template due to lack of technical knowledge.
Accidental purchases.
Compatibility issues with third-party APIs or specific n8n hosting environments
2. Technical Support Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring our templates work as advertised. If you encounter a technical issue with a template (e.g., the JSON file is corrupt or fails to import), please contact our support team at admin@blizmatt.com.
We will provide technical assistance to resolve the issue within 48–72 hours.
Our support is limited to the functionality of the template itself and does not include general n8n training or troubleshooting third-party API accounts.
3. Duplicate Purchases
In the event of a proven accidental duplicate purchase (buying the exact same template twice within a 24-hour period), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward another template or process a refund for the duplicate transaction, provided that neither link has been accessed/downloaded.
4. Cancellation Policy
Digital Products: Since delivery is instantaneous, there is no “cancellation” period between payment and delivery.
Subscriptions (If applicable): If you are on a recurring billing plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
5. Payment Gateway & Disputes
All transactions are processed through secure gateways like Cashfree and Razorpay.
Raising a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms of Use and may lead to the permanent suspension of your account and access to all previously purchased assets.
6. User Responsibility
By purchasing from ai.blizmatt.com, you acknowledge that:
You have read the product description and requirements.
You possess the necessary n8n environment to utilize the templates.
You understand that digital products are non-refundable.
